Main Issues Report approved by TAYplan Joint Committee

The next meeting of the TAYplan SDPA Joint Committee will be held on 31st August 2010 in Enterprise House, Dundee. Documents associated with the meeting can be found here.

Development Plan Scheme published March 2010

The new TAYplan Development Plan Scheme has been published today, 17th March 2010, setting out details of the Strategic Development Plan process and the participation statement for how you can get involved, with detail on the Main Issues Report Consultation.

All TAYplan Councils approve Main Issues Report and Environmental Report

Following the Joint Committee's decision to approve the Main Issues Report, Environmental Report and other associated documents, all four Constituent Councils have now ratified these decisions.

Copy of all responses to the Main Issues Report published

The consultation on the Main Issues Report raised 173 responses from a range of interested parties including individuals, organisations, community councils and developers. In addition, comments were received on the Environmental Report and the draft Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment.

TAYplan has today, published the Main Issues Report and Environmental Report for consultation, alongside other related reports.

The next meeting of the Joint Committee is on 23rd November 2010 at 11.00am in Enterprise House, Greenmarket, Dundee. Papers will be available on TAYplan's website from 17th November 2010.
