Period for Representations Ends
An 8 week period for making representations to the TAYplan Proposed Plan, Proposed Action Programme and Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment has closed.
A good response has been received to the Proposed Plan after an 8 week period. During this time 11 information events were held throughout the TAYplan area together with other publicising to encourage people to consider whether they wish to seek a change or support the Proposed Plan.
All representations have now been uploaded onto TAYplan's electronic consultation system. Individual issues raised within representations are now being grouped into similar issues. A team of Planners are now working through all representations and considering whether any modifications should be made.
TAYplan's Joint Committee on 25th October 2011 will consider whether to modify the Proposed Plan or to submit to Scottish Ministers without modifications.
