TAYplan Joint Committee Approval

TAYplan Joint Committee have considered the representations made and have approved the following for submission to Scottish Ministers on 30th November (following the Habitats Regulations Appraisal approval):

- The Proposed Startegic Development Plan (June 2011);

- The Updated Proposed Action Programme (October 2011);

- The Updated Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment (October 2011);

- The Updated Record of Habitats Regulations Appraisal (October 2011);

- The Statement of Conformity with the Participation Statement (contained in the Development Plan Scheme of March 2011) (October 2011); and,

- The Note of Representations, including the Overall Summary and the Summary of Unresolved Issues (this includes the proposed TAYplan response to representations made on the Proposed Strategic Development Plan (June 2011) during June and July 2011).
