TAYplan Proposed Plan period for representations announced
The TAYplan Joint Committee have set out the dates for representations to be made to the Proposed Plan and Proposed Action Programme, which will follow approval of the Plan and related documents in February-May 2011.
The Joint Committee will decide on TAYplan's Proposed Plan and related documents in February 2011, following which ratification/approval will be considered by the four Constituent Councils.
This will be followed by a period for representations to be made over 8 weeks from Monday 6th June - Monday 1st August 2011. All responses must be with TAYplan no later than Monday 1st August 2011. We will then publish a schedule of all objections and support received in October 2011.
Whilst the representation period is programmed to be partly over the peak summer holiday period, the documents will be in the public domain from 8th February 2011, and although subject to consideration by the four Councils, will provide early opportunity for all interested parties to start considering their representation. Responses will be sought through a questionnaire.
