TAYplan has published its second newsletter providing up to date information on the progress of the Strategic Development Plan and details on the Main Issues Report and Environmental Report consultation. The newsletter is being widely distributed and can be downloaded free.

TAYplan Development Plan Scheme 2010 (full document)
A new Development Plan Scheme has been published on 17th March 2010. The Scheme provides information on TAYplan, the Strategic Development Plan process and the participation statement. Some details are contained on the Main Issues Report and Environmetnal Report consultation.

This publication has been prepared by the four SDPAs with the assistance of the Scottish Government.

The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 requires development plans and programmes developed by public bodies to be subject to Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA). This document sets out the background information that will be used in the preparation of the Environmental Report.
