Read the full article →The TAYplan Joint Committee today approved and adopted the Action Programme.
The Action Programme sets out the actions required to implement the Strategic Development Plan. The programme details each action, timings and who is responsible for delivery. The programme requires to be updated at least every 2 years. It is the intention to update this again in October 2012, particularly in respect of housing land supply (Appendix One).

Read the full article →The TAYplan Joint Committee will meet on 26th June at 10.30am and will consider a number of items including an update on the Strategic Development Plan, adoption of the revised Action Programme, a response to the Ministers consultation on Development Plan examinations, and research into housing market areas.
The Reporter's have concluded their examination of the TAYplan Proposed Strategic Development Plan and today have published their report setting out some recommended modifications.
