Online Representations Period Now Open

April 28th, 2015

Online representations period open early
You can now begin making representations on the TAYplan Proposed Strategic Development Plan (2015), the TAYplan Proposed Action Programme (2015) and the TAYplan Equalities Impact Assessment (2015) using our online system. The online system has opened early to allow interested parties to see the documents and to begin putting their responses together. Visit our portal at www.tayplan-sdpa.gov.uk/tayplan2015 to make online representations and to see the documents and associated background papers.

Paper Copies
Paper copies are currently being printed and will be available from 11 May 2015 (the official start of the 8 week period for representations) in public libraries and council planning and area/access/local offices within the TAYplan area (see our April 2015 Newsletter for more details).

Responding online
To make representations online go to www.tayplan-sdpa.gov.uk/tayplan2015 and then login using your username and password.

The response forms are designed so you tell us which part of which document you are commenting on, whether you support this or want a change, what the change is and your reasons. You can copy and paste-in text from MS Word if you wish. Doing it this way helps us group similar issues together quickly and speeds up the process. It also gives us the best chance to properly understand the issues you want to raise. For more information please see our April 2015 Newsletter.

Helping things to run smoothly
Submitting online is quick and easy but there can be delays if everybody waits until the final day to submit. Therefore please submit before this if you can. Doing so also gives us time to help you with any queries you have before the last the minute.

Deadline for submitting comments
All representations (paper or online) must be submitted to TAYplan by 12 noon on Friday 3rd July 2015.
