TAYplan's Customer Experience Survey 2015 has opened today (Friday 10 July 2015).

Anybody can take part and help us improve the way we work with customers.

To respond online go to www.tayplan-sdpa.gov.uk/customersurvey
Then scroll down and click on 'customer survey 2015'

You do not need to login and you can answer some or all of the questions.

The survey provides an opportunity to score us on various matters and to tell us about your views on these.

We now run a customer survey each year. The last one took place in November 2014. This one is being done now whilst the Proposed Plan period for comments is still fresh in people's minds.

The Customer Survey closes at 5pm on Monday 31 August 2015.
