TAYplan Retail Framework (2009)

The retail framework was prepared by Roderick MacLean Associates Ltd for TAYplan during 2009 and was used to support the preparation of the Main Issues Report (2010) and the Proposed Strategic Development Plan (2011).

The study examines the complementary roles of Dundee and Perth as retail centres as well as comparison retail floor space and market share.

The retail framework is not available online but can be purchased for £50 (incl p&p). Alternatively some of the statistical information is presented in the TAYplan Monitoring Statement (2010).
