TAYplan Housing Analysis Paper (2011)

This work was carried out by TAYplan during 2010 and following the Main Issues Report consultation of April to June 2010. The purpose of the exercise was to understand the implications of the then recently published 2008-based population and household projections. The paper examines the relationships between these projections and the scale of new build consulted upon at Main Issues Report stage. It also considers several factors which affect the ability to deliver new homes and drew conclusions to inform the Proposed Strategic Development Plan (2011).
