In Autumn 2013 TAYplan commissioned Oxford Economics to prepare an Economic Outlook for the TAYplan area. This work was completed in January 2014. It considers local, national and global economic influences on the TAYplan region and makes forecasts for future employment. It also considers the judgements made for scenarios examination in the TAYplan-wide Joint Housing Need and Demand Assessment (2013).
This study has helped to inform the TAYplan Main Issues Report (2014).

This Post Adoption Statement (PAS) has been prepared on behalf of TAYplan the Strategic Development Planning Authority by Perth & Kinross Council in accordance to the requirements of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005. This statement presents a summary of the responses received from the public consultation exercise carried out in 2010 as part of the TAYplan Strategic Environment Assessment (SEA). It also provides a summary as to how the findings from the SEA and public consultation have been taken into account in the Strategic Development Plan.
