This Post Adoption Statement (PAS) has been prepared on behalf of TAYplan the Strategic Development Planning Authority by Perth & Kinross Council in accordance to the requirements of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005. This statement presents a summary of the responses received from the public consultation exercise carried out in 2010 as part of the TAYplan Strategic Environment Assessment (SEA). The Development Plan Scheme (DPS) sets out the work that TAYplan will undertake over the forthcoming year including a participation statement that explains how we will involve the public in what we are doing.
