Proposed Action Programme 2016 07/06/16 TAYplan

The Proposed Action Programme (2016) was agreed by the TAYplan Joint Committee in February 2016 and submitted to Scottish Ministers alongside the Proposed Strategic Development Plan on 7 June 2016.

Proposed Strategic Development Plan May 2015 [45MB] 07/06/16 TAYplan

This is the Proposed Strategic Development Plan. This is TAYplan’s provisional view on what the final plan should say and do. It is about the location, design and layout of new development. It explains where new development should and should not go over the next 20 years. It also covers strategic, cross-local authority boundary issues such as how much new housing to plan for, green spaces, energy and resources, strategic development areas and how to enable people live active and healthy lives.

This version was made available for an 8 week period of representations which closed at 12 noon on Friday 3rd July 2015.

The TAYplan Joint Committee considered all of the representations made and agreed in February 2016 to submit the Proposed Plan and associated documents to Scottish Ministers without any changes. TAYplan submitted this Proposed Plan to Scottish Ministers on 7 June 2016.

Approved TAYplan Strategic Development Plan 2017 30/10/17 TAYplan

This is the approved TAYplan 2017.  It now forms the Strategic Development Plan for Angus, Dundee City, Perth and Kinross and North Fife.

Action Programme Update (2014) 25/02/14 TAYplan

This is an updated version of the approved Action Programme (2012) that accompaines the Approved TAYplan (2012). There is a requirement to update the Action Programme atleast every two years.

Approved Action Programme (2012) 26/06/12 TAYplan

The Action Programme sets out the actions necessary to implement the strategic development plan. This action programme was adopted in June 2012 alongside the the approved TAYplan Strategic Development Plan (2012).

The Action Programme must be updated at least every two years.

Examination Report (March 2017) 08/03/17 Scottish Government DPEA

Published by the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA) the Examination Report concludes the public examination of the Proposed TAYplan (2015). It deatils the findings of the reporters and their recommendations.

TAYplan Action Programme 2017 06/02/18 TAYplan

This is the approved/adopted TAYplan Action Programme (2017).  It accompanies the approved Strategic Development Plan (2017).  This replaces the previous Action Programme (March 2016).
