The Schedule 4 (Summary of Unresolved Issues) forms part of the Note of Representations. It considers representations relating to the mix of housing type, size and tenure (including affordable housing) for Policy 4 Part C on pages 24 to 29 of the Proposed Plan (2015).

SEA Post Adoption Statement 2012 Notice 11/01/13 Perth & Kinross Council

This is a statutory public notice/advert explaining that the Post Adoption Statement for the Strategic Environmental Assessment (2010) has been published. This is the Strategic Environmental Assessment that supported the TAYplan Main Issues Report (2010) and approved TAYplan (2012).

Development Plan Scheme March 2011 31/03/11 TAYplan

This is the third Development Plan Scheme. The Development Plan Scheme (DPS) sets out the work that TAYplan will undertake over the forthcoming year including a participation statement that explains how we will involve the public in what we are doing. There is a requirement to update the Development Plan Scheme at least once every 12 months.

Issue 017 Policy 5C Areas surrounding Dundee and Perth 25/10/11 TAYplan

Issue 001 covers the representations made between June and August 2011 about the Vision and Objectives in the Proposed Strategic Development Plan (June 2011). This is one of 24 Schedule 4s that was approved by the TAYplan Joint Committee on 25 October 2011 and submitted alongside the Proposed Plan (June 2011) to Scottish Ministers on 1st December 2011.
