This is a statutory public notice/advert explaining that the TAYplan Main Issues Report (2014) and the Environmental Report and Non-Technical Summary for the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) (2014) have been published for a period of consultation. The consultation runs from 15 April 2014 to 12 noon on 27 June 2014.

The Environmental Report has been prepared by Perth & Kinross as the responsible authority on behalf of TAYplan.

Issue 018 covers the representations made between June and August 2011 about Policy 5A Up to 10% shift between Housing Market Areas in the Proposed Strategic Development Plan (June 2011). This is one of 24 Schedule 4s that was approved by the TAYplan Joint Committee on 25 October 2011 and submitted alongside the Proposed Plan (June 2011) to Scottish Ministers on 1st December 2011.

The Schedule 4 (Summary of Unresolved Issues) forms part of the Note of Representations. It considers representations relating land release and specifically the effectiveness of land and land release in areas surrounding the Dundee and Perth Core Areas for Policy 4 Parts B and F and Map 4 on pages 24 to 29 of the Proposed Plan (2015).
