This initial Draft Habitats Regulations Appraisal (HRA) was published alongside the Main Issues Report in April 2010. It is not a stautory requirement to prepare a HRA at this stage and this document served as an experimental basis. The first full HRA was published alongside the Proposed Plan in June 2011 and a modified version was submitted to Scottish Ministers alongside the Proposed Plan in December 2011 with an accompanying letter of support from Scottish Natural Heritage. |

The Draft Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment (2010) was published for consultation alongside the Main Issues Report in April 2010. Updated versions of the Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment were also published with the Proposed Plan in 2011 and a final version was submitted to Scottish Ministers alongside the Proposed Plan in December 2011. |

| TAYplan-wide Housing Need and Demand Assessment 2010 | 20/01/10 | TAYplan |

TAYplan and the four constituent councils jointly prepared a Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA) to inform the first Strategic Development Plan. It was submitted to the Scottish Government's Centre for Housing Market Analysis (CHMA) in January 2010 and was found to be robust and credible in January 2011 following similar assessments being completed for the council level HNDAs for each of the four councils covering TAYplan. Consultants Arneil Johnstone were commissioned to carry out the assessment of need and demand with other work being completed by TAYplan. |
