Development Plan Scheme March 2009 31/03/09 TAYplan

This is the first Development Plan Scheme. The Development Plan Scheme (DPS) sets out the work that TAYplan will undertake over the forthcoming year including a participation statement that explains how we will involve the public in what we are doing. There is a requirement to update the Development Plan Scheme at least once every 12 months.
