This is the Proposed Strategic Development Plan. This is TAYplan’s provisional view on what the final plan should say and do. It is about the location, design and layout of new development. It explains where new development should and should not go over the next 20 years. It also covers strategic, cross-local authority boundary issues such as how much new housing to plan for, green spaces, energy and resources, strategic development areas and how to enable people live active and healthy lives. This version was made available for an 8 week period of representations which closed at 12 noon on Friday 3rd July 2015. The TAYplan Joint Committee considered all of the representations made and agreed in February 2016 to submit the Proposed Plan and associated documents to Scottish Ministers without any changes. TAYplan submitted this Proposed Plan to Scottish Ministers on 7 June 2016. |
